I’m an independent estate agent based in Andover, working as part of The Property Experts, but my approach is very different from the traditional high street model.

Marketing plays a huge role in that. Professional photography, video, social media exposure, and targeted campaigns are all used to reach not just active buyers, but also those who aren’t yet searching but would move for the right property. I’m available seven days a week, including evenings, because that’s when real buyers are making decisions. Property doesn’t operate on office hours, so neither do I.
