Her background spans complex diary and travel coordination, confidential and governance work, systems setup in tools like ClickUp, Notion and Asana, membership and course platforms including Kajabi and Circle, and finance admin in SAGE and FreeAgent. She's comfortable picking up new systems quickly, and she uses AI tools thoughtfully to give clients back more of their time rather than to cut corners.

Tracy is also a trained coach and facilitator, work she took on to understand the coaching and wellbeing world from the inside rather than to run a practice of her own. It shapes how she supports clients in that space, and it means she genuinely gets the businesses she's holding.
