Yellow Brick Road Projects (YBRP) is an award-winning Hampshire-based charity that helps children, young people, and young adults overcome adversity and build brighter futures. We work with those facing challenges such as homelessness, family breakdown, poor mental health, trauma, exclusion from education, and social isolation, providing practical support, trusted relationships, and opportunities to thrive.

Our approach is preventative, person-centred, and trauma-informed. Through mentoring, youth work, life skills development, education programmes, and community partnerships, we empower young people to develop confidence, resilience, and independence.
